Hi, I’m Mike!

 

I’m an entrepreneur & investor and I write about how I see the world. There are three things you should know about me:

 

  1. I am impatiently curious

  2. I’m interested in building or investing in companies who pursue counter-conventional solutions to the most vexing puzzles of our time in order to lead us into a brighter future. 

  3. I'm dealing with information anxiety so I’m trying to acquire as much knowledge available on different topics in order for me to become a better version of myself and share that with the world.

 

I'm a strict judge of myself, which is not always pleasant but keeps me in motion.

Who am I?

 ðŸ‘¨‍💻 I’ve founded various ventures in the Health, Manufacturing and Automation Tech space

I'm always looking to collaborate & support scientists and entrepreneurs in order to create deep tech companies that will deal with an unmet, inevitable need with no solution in sight. The more ambitious the project, the better.

👨‍🎓 I studied  Industrial Management & Technology, and Engineer Economics at Uni.Pi and NTUA 

I'm huge believer of self education and try to broaden my knowledge in various fields including Biology, Physics, Computer Science, Art & Philosophy. I'm focusing into converting the above obtained knowledge into innovative products and services in order to solve real problems of our society and the global industry/market.  ðŸ’¼ I've also been a Partner at Silberbau Invest AG.

Silberblau Invest AG is a Swiss-based (Kanton Schwyz) Investment and Financial services company which focuses on M&As in SEE, participations in start-ups and in the co-development of special projects. I have been involved in sourcing and structuring financings, securing key channels and customers, attracting talent, forging initial partnerships, examining strategic options and partnerships, and executing growth plans, and M&As.

 ðŸ§  I share my knowledge and resources with founders & teams that solve great problems.

During the past years I got engaged with extremely talented founders & teams in the fields of Supply Chain, Mobility, Energy, Biotech, AgTech and Telecomunications, and Manufacturing and supported them in terms of strategic partnerships, fundraising and business development. 

 ðŸ’ª I'm a wellness & health nerd.

I constantly try to optimize my training, diet and mental state. In this journey I use and experiment with various kind of methodologies and technologies such as Intermittent Fasting protocols, CGM, Wearables and more. My goal is to better understand the complex system that is the human body and how to drive it into full speed.
